03 · BOOK

VFS appointment

Your VFS Global appointment booked, with biometric enrolment guidance ahead of the visit.

04 · DECISION

Tracking & travel

We track your application through to decision, then help finalize your travel plans.

Document checklist

What we'll ask you to gather.

A general starting list — we'll confirm exactly what applies to your profile during the first consultation.

✓ Valid passport with at least one blank page
✓ Completed online visa application (VAF)
✓ Appointment confirmation
✓ Recent passport-size photograph
✓ Bank statements, last 6 months

✓ Employment letter or business proof
✓ Invitation letter (if visiting family or friends)
✓ Travel itinerary and accommodation proof
✓ Cover letter outlining purpose and dates of visit
✓ Proof of ties to India (property, family, business)
